Today there are many CMSs to choose from. Several years ago, before the CMS market became established, there was no CMS available that would provide the robust features that we knew were right for our clients. So we built our own CMS, WireNet, which has been used for dozens of websites.
When it came time to look at ways to provide the additional functionality that we knew our customers now want, we had a choice. We could either develop a new generation of WireNet, or choose a third-party CMS.
Kentico
Silkmoth now uses Kentico for content management. We chose it for the wide range of features that it offers, the comprehensive support we get from its publisher, and the confidence we have that it will continue to develop in a way that will help our customers.
