Girlguiding Cheshire Border

The Brief: A site to support the operations of the largest volunteer based organisation for girls and young women.

The Solution: A website linked to a database of members so that they can access content via a log-in

The launch of the Girlguiding Cheshire Border County website has been greeted with great enthusiasm by Guiders. They are now able to use the site to showcase local events and raise public awareness of the activities of the different sections – Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Senior Section.

Their local Newsletter, BorderLines, can now be distributed by email – a huge time and money saver as over 1,000 envelopes were "stuffed" each month by volunteers.

Another valuable resource is the Members' Area, where registered members of Girlguiding Cheshire Border can access the events calendar, search the members' database and download forms – a great boon for busy volunteers.
