This project had many challenges. Details of customers, stock levels and products are regularly downloaded from a Sage back office system. These are then integrated with a comprhensive directory listing many thousands of products and reflecting the style and design of an existing paper catalogue.
Existing account customers can view products, place orders and self serve copies of invoices, statements and past orders.
All in all a full service e-commerce site for this leading supplier to the fluid fittings market.
