Why It's Important to get Your Pressures Right

Correct tyre pressures are not only safer but they'll save you money as you'll get more MPG and it's better for the environment too!

Have a look at http://www.tyre-pressures.com it will allow you to put your reg. number in and see manufacturer recommended tyre pressures.

If you've uprated your wheels there's probably a sports version of your car with the right wheel and tyre combination. You can browse all vehicles by navigating from here: http://www.tyre-pressures.com/ByCar

Not sure which Yaris you've got but the VVTI T Sport has 15 inch wheels with 185/55R15 tyres. The pressure for that is 34PSI front and 31PSI rear.

If you've uprated your wheels and tyres you should check with the company that fitted/supplied them.

Hi Martin,

The tyre pressure information we hold is all based around OEM fitments (i.e. those tyres that were fitted when the vehicle left the showroom).

The OEM fitment for most Ford Focuses is 205/55R16 (W 91). If you've put different size tyres on then I suggest you contact either your dealer or the tyre manufacturer.

Regards,

Carl

Hi Darshan,

You're right the wheel size on an Impreza is likely to be 17", certainly not 15". Make sure you put the registration number in correctly and try again. If you still get the wrong size let me know your registration number and I'll let our data provider know (Experian).

Many thanks,

Carl
