Cheshire businessman Paul Jenkins has engaged Silkmoth to build an innovative new website to help people move house.
With over 20 years experience as an estate agent in London, Bristol and Plymouth, Paul has returned to the North West to launch HOMEXCHANGER.
The idea behind the service is to connect people who are upsizing with those who are downsizing. The service allows estate agents to register their customer's properties online. Paul and his team then use complex matching algorithms to identify pairs of properties where each home matches the criteria of each homeowner.
Keith Jones, Silkmoth's Managing Director, said:
"we're very pleased to launch Paul's business dream. In many ways it's an internet dating agency for property. So far the site has proved popular among estate agents who are registering and uploading their properties on a daily basis. We believe HOMEXCHANGER will prove an out and out success not only for home owner and estate agents but also for Paul and his team."
