Glasgow based Viking International supply tyre and exhaust parts to major national automotive retailers as well as thousands of independent garages throughout the UK.
Operating from a network of distribution centres, Viking's fleet of vans deliver tyres and exhaust parts ordered online. In most cases orders are fulfilled on the same day.
Carl Dean, Silkmoth's Technical Director, describes some of the technical challenges posed by the Viking website.

Viking operates a national call-centre where orders are placed over the phone. With an increasing demand for online ordering Viking appointed Silkmoth to build them a website able to cope with the expectations of busy business customers." Following a beta release to a group of Viking customers the site went live on 6th August.
